Farmers verify with a national ID and a photo of the farm. Plants verify with a certificate of incorporation, TIN and DDA licence number. Nobody trades before a human has looked at the documents.
Offers, counter offers, status changes, payments and messages are all timestamped and kept. When two people remember a deal differently, there is a record.
Either side can open a dispute on an order. An admin reads the thread and can refund the buyer, release funds to the farmer, or split the difference.
Only the two parties to a completed order can rate each other, once. Quality and timeliness are scored separately.
Never move money outside the platform. If a buyer or seller asks you to pay directly, decline and report it from the order screen — we can only protect payments we can see. DairyConnect will never ask for your password or your mobile money PIN.
